This shipping, returns & refunds policy pertains to our online shop.
We send all orders using door-to-door courier delivery and we charge fees based on automatic quotes that we receive from our shipping partners to ship from either our own stock in Cape Town, or our suppliers (throughout South Africa) to your door.
Orders can take up to 14 working days to process. Outlying towns and regional areas can take up to 21 working days.
Please contact us to arrange a return. If the item has broken within the warranty period then we will arrange the courier to come and collect so that we can check the issue and then send a replacement or issue a refund.
If you decide that you no longer want the item then please note that we can only issue a refund if the packaging is unopened and the item is unused. In this instance please understand that we will ask for you to cover the cost of the courier back to us. We will issue the refund once we have received the item and assessed its condition.
When issuing a refund we will process the refund back to you using the same payment method which was used for the order. Please note that refunds to credit cards can take 7 days to reflect back in your account.
